An absolute stunner of a honey process that shined on the cupping table and as pour over. A very tropical tasting coffee that can fly against the whole honey process tastes like honey. Spoiler - they kinda usually do - but this one doesn't. I think you could land on some kind of mixed orange pineapple coffee with the backdrop of colombia as an origin - sweet caramels and toasted almonds are somewhat present but really in the backdrop.
